ITs @ Work

One might wonder how IT people working for big companies survive through their everyday torture of having to help their computer illiterate co-workers.

In my case, there are three basic IT Rules of Survival (ITRS) that I live by that keeps my inner self from releasing the hulk that lives inside everyone in the IT department:

1. Remind one's self everyday of how lucky he/she is. Let's face it, the economy these days aren't exactly at the top of its game.
*Oh god, help me...*

2. Find something to keep one's self grounded and humbled. One can find this quite a stress reliever.
*That's right, kneel to me, evil one for I AM YOUR SUPERIOR!*

3. Every once in a good while, reward one's self with healthy treats and/or cuisines.
*A hearty breakfast from the candy store.*

*Or a carb-filled lunch.*
Side Note: NO, I do not share food. Please stay, at least, 50 feet away from my desk.

These survival rules, not only apply to IT people, but can also be used by almost anyone who would like to live with more serene and tranquility in their lives. So, give it a try! It won't hurt as much as yoga.

*Disclaimer: DeltaMu19 is not liable for any damages and/or negative effects mentally, emotionally and/or physically resulting from following these rules of survival. These are only a simple guide to keep one's self from taking that jump off the roof of one's employer's building. DeltaMu19 does not encourage or support self-annihilation. Now, go forth, and LIVE LIFE AWESOMELY.
